... Company, a leading provider of professional rapid and comprehensive solution delivery services, is seeking a B2B contractor for body leasing engagement with our US-based financial sector client.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience as Senior Full Stack Engineer

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Proficiency in: Java, JavaRX, Spring, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Git, Docker, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Ansible

AWS certifications preferred

Availability for weekend on-call rotation once per month (on-call compensated at minimum 110% of base rate)

Offer:

Compensation: 21,500 - 23,500 PLN net B2B + VAT

Flexible working hours (8 hours within core hours 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

Compensation for work during Polish public holidays (minimum 125% of base rate)

Recruitment Process:

1. Initial Online Interview - Video call with HR department covering detailed project discussion, mutual fit assessment, and English proficiency evaluation (~45 minutes)

2. Behavioral & Cultural Assessment - Online behavioral test, Gallup assessment, and culture fit evaluation with HR. Given the critical importance of soft skills in IT work, this stage ensures compatibility for seamless software delivery (~2.5 hours)

3. Technical Take-Home Project - Development of a microservice application with frontend layer solving practical problems, including tests, documentation, containerization, and cloud integration. Assesses key skills required by our client (~10 hours)

4. First Technical Interview - On-site assessment with our technical recruiter covering general computer science knowledge, mathematics, algorithms and data structures, computer networks, Linux, containerization, cloud technologies, and AI tools for rapid code delivery (~1.5 hours)

5. Second Technical Interview - On-site live coding session with our technical recruiter involving algorithmic challenges and production application design (~2.5 hours)

6. Third Technical Interview - On-site system design assessment with our architect, evaluating ability to design efficient and scalable systems, followed by leadership evaluation (~3 hours)

7. Final Stage - Technical interview with direct client representative followed by contract finalization with our manager (~3 hours on-site)

@rajju: nie, rekrutacja jest krótsza ale musisz umieć wszystko bo inaczej jesteś odrzucany, samo szukanie pracy jest bardziej męczące niż praca, bo w pracy kodujesz 4h i w------e a do rekrutacji nauka 10-12h dziennie przez 3 miesiące by przejść gdziekolwiek rekrutację xD

@elo_kebab: W sumie fakt, dopiero przeczytałem i takiego zakresu wiedzy nie da się pomieścić wgl w głowie. W praktyce googluje się na bierząco, albo stawia raz i zapomina.

Nie wiem kto upadł na głowę, że rynek ostatnio wygląda jak mem i ciężko już odróżnić które oferty są pisane na poważnie xD
