@tty0: Yeah, Fedora is my go-to recommendation, when beginner, or in general someone asks what distro they should try. One of my favorites.

@matejss: yeah, i used it for half an hour, seems nice. i've been using ubuntu for 5-6 months however i'm looking into using other distros for a long time as well. maybe i'll try arch too ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
