@GlenPL: solicitor to nie jest adwokat. Barrister to odpowiednik adwokata. Solicitor głównie udziela porad w kancelariach i może występować tylko przed sądami niższych instancji. Solicitor to taki bardziej radca prawny ale też nie do końca bo nasi radcowie mogą występować swobodnie przed sądami (poza sprawami karnymi jeśli pracują w oparciu o umowę o pracę)
