Role: Test Manager
Location: Riga, Latvia
Duration: 6 Months

1. Drive the Application testing activities in accordance with IT strategy and Enterprise architecture.
2. Maintain efficient testing process that supports business, compliance and reporting needs and meets agreed Operational and Service Level Requirements.
3. Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions related to testing activities.
4. Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values.
5. Make use of documentation and communicate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, business domain and design specifications
6. Lead the development of their business domain test design phase
7. Ensure that entrance criteria have been fulfilled prior to starting validation phase
8. Ensure QA testers are staffed and properly instructed to execute their business domain test cases
9. Ensure that functionality is successfully tested and that the system meets requirement specifications
10. Lead and ensure the timely delivery of test deliverables in accordance with the project schedule
11. Collaborate with program staff and application staff during defect management triage discussions
12. Assist QA testers with test execution when possible

Required Skills:
1) Banking IT solutions knowledge
2) Test methodology knowledge, interest in testing practices and trends
3) Software development lifecycle
4) Agile development principles
5) Team management experience
6) Proven leadership skills
7) Experience working with vendors
8) Experience with different development environments and understanding of coding languages (e.g. Pyhton, Groovy, Java, SQL – InelliJ, PyCharm, Eclipse..)

Jira, Confluence, MS office - experince is must
