The Role

Tesla is currently seeking a highly motivated software engineer to join the Factory software team in Berlin, Tesla. The candidate is expecting to be specialized in backend development that is also comfortable working with the entire stack. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building world-class software and a track record of success creating highly and scalable software systems.

Responsibilities

* #!$%@? in requirements gathering, technical specification, and the design and development of complex manufacturing execution projects
* Contribute to software architecture design, development of software applications, and integration into enterprise systems
* Develop enterprise-scale manufacturing execution software introduction and subsequent roll-out to future production lines
* Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
* Interact with teams of engineers from multiple disciplines

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, CE, EE or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
* Minimum 5 years of working experience
* Expertise in modern frontend web technologies, frameworks and tooling (Angular, ReactJS, VueJS)
* Expertise in next languages: #go / #javascript / #typescript / #sql / #kql
* Database experience ( #mysql, #cassandra, #postgresql, etc.)
* Experience in debugging complex systems using centralized logging (Prometheus, Splunk, etc.)
* Queue and streaming experience (NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
* Excellent interpersonal communication skill
* Experience accepting and giving meaningful feedback on technical designs and code analysis
* Familiarity with Agile development cycles and Continuous Integration techniques
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work in the fast paced globally distributed teams
* Full professional proficiency in English

Desired

* Proven experience with an object-oriented programming language, preferably Go ( #c, #cpp, #csharp or #python are also acceptable)
* Experience with modern front-end #javascript technologies and frameworks ( #angular, #reactjs, #vuejs, etc.)
* Experience with distributed architectures and systems
* Experience in working with containerized environment ( #kubernetes, #docker, etc.)

Np. jak miałby ci ktoś dać widełki na pracę w Amazon jako software engineer, jak to czy wpadasz na L4 ($80k-$120k) czy L6 ($200-$260k) wiadomo dopiero po tym jak wyślesz CV i przejdziesz rekrutację?

Firma taka jak Tesla nie ma ograniczenia budżetu to i po co widełki? Jak
