So here are our numbers:
- 240 hours = or 10 days, the length of the event
- 13 (or 15) hours = Gaijin's estimate on how long it will take to get the I-180S
- 9 x I-180S = 9 of these to get all event vehicles

9 coupons* 13 hours = 117 hours at best, rounded up to 120 hours
240 hours / 120 hours = around 12 hours a day

For the normal sane people who have 8/8/8 hours of sleep, work and play, it's still possible due to weekends

11th - 8 hours
12th - 8 hours
13th - 20 hours (4 hours of sleep)
14th - 20 hours (4 hours of sleep)
15th - 8 hours
16th - 8 hours
17th - 8 hours
18th - 8 hours
19th - 8 hours
20th - 20 hours (4 hours of sleep)
