Responsibilities

Subject Matter responsibility for Testing in Yara’s Global SAP Competency Center
Responsible for Yara’s overall SAP testing strategy, framework and procedures
Responsible for the development and operationalization of Yara’s testing solution
Further development and implementation of Yara’s SAP testing strategy and framework
Guidance and support of projects on testing strategy and approach
Further development of standard test management guidelines, procedures and tools
Directive and compliance of test management guidelines and procedures across projects and towards external system integrators
Quality Assurance of test strategies, plans, execution and results from projects
Overall coordination of testing activities across SAP projects
Support of SAP projects with test preparations and execution
Overall governance of Yara’s standard test procedures (incl. automated test procedures)
Profile

Degree, preferably Master (minimum Bachelor), within Engineering/Computer Science, plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Extensive experience in test management and execution in large scale SAP projects and programs (5+ years) in global industry companies
Comprehensive knowledge of test management tools and procedure, and of SAP Solution Manger (SAP certification preferred)
Experience with execution of automated testing in SAP projects (tools, automated test procedures)
Ability and seniority to act as Subject Matter Expert providing guidance, direction and support to Project Managers
Team player with excellent communication and strong change management skills
Relationship builder with high integrity and cultural awareness
Result oriented with business understanding
Self-going, structured and pro-active with customer focus
Fluent in English, spoken and written
