CAF Students, it’s a limited company that will hopefully start running fully within the next three months. We will be the first and only organised student accommodation in Poland that will mainly be focused on foreign and exchange students. Initially we will be based in Wrocław with the plan of expanding our company to Warsaw, Krakow and Gdansk within the next twelve months.

One of our primary benefits is that we offer special discounts in various shops and other commodities that will only be exclusive for CAF clients. Now at first these discounts will be exclusive to our clients only, but when CAF Students starts to expand to these other cities that I previously mentioned, then we will start to develop CAFapp which will enable any student living in Poland to have access to these discounts at a fixed price. There is no other application that is similar to ours on the Polish market presently, which is why we think CAFapp will be successful as it will benefit both Students and local businesses.
At CAF we will provide our clients with the very best top of the range accommodation in a prime location that is ideal for students. Our accommodation will be situated in the very heart of Wrocław meaning that transport, shops and utilities are even more convenient to access.
Each of our exclusive apartments will contain 2-3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and a storage room. Our clients will also be provided with an iron, hoover, mop, washing machine/tumble dryer, a dish washer, coffee machine and a shared colour all-in one printer. Each room will be supplied with a plasma television connected to both an English and Polish digital satellite platform. Another benefit of using our accommodation is that we will send a cleaner to clean the apartments once per week at no additional cost.
Not only will the rooms in our apartments be personalised but they will also be colour co-ordinated. This means that each room will have a specific colour, for example the Grey Room will have a grey theme in the room, grey shelves in the kitchen, grey shelves and towels in the bathroom, and even a grey basket in the laundry area. Moreover to avoid confusion between our students that are living together, the fridge will also contain allocated shelf space using the colours from the rooms that they are using. Dishes, mugs and glasses will also be colour coordinated!
