Important updates regarding Google Authenticator

Google has recently made an important change that may affect your Binance account. If you use Google Authenticator to secure your Binance account, here are the main things you need to know:

One-time Authenticator codes can now be retrieved and stored across multiple devices using one Google account. While this new feature may sound convenient, it poses a legitimate security risk to your Binance account.
If your Google account is ever hacked or stolen, all your one-time codes — including those associated with your Binance account — could be compromised.
To ensure the safety and security of your crypto funds, we strongly recommend disabling the Google Cloud sync feature for your Binance two-factor authentication (2FA).

We understand that convenience is important, but when it comes to your digital assets — safety should always be your top priority. We recommend using our Binance Authenticator, a secure 2FA alternative that stores all personal data locally on your device.
