My boat is available 40ft ferro ketch motor sailor It’s in the Truro river near Malpas … it’s a great liveaboardI have neglected it a bit the last 2 years You need to get in and out to Malpas on a dinghy / rib etc … it’s pretty much fully off grid with solar If you have an engineering mind then the electrics and the engine will appeal It’s got a double aft cabin en suite with a shower a fresh water electric flush loo (heads) and a marble sink with morretti taps ! … a front cabin a galley (kitchen) with gas hobs grill and oven …. It’s got a dining table with seats … a setter an easy chair a lovely warm reflex diesel heater , … so quiet … with nature …Its a life right there if you would like it ….also the pilot house …. The boat needs tlc… I lived aboard for 7 years …. My son went through the whole of primary school living with me on her …. He had the best school runs in the world !! … it’s not an easy life but it’s truly rewarding and beats having crappy neighbours
