Mam pytanie co do inwersji związanej z nor/neither

Neither i nor mają takie same znaczenie i można tego użyć na przemian?
Tutaj widzę, że zarówno neither jak i nor są przetłumaczone na "też nie"

I zastanawiałem się, czy można tutaj także użyć NOR

Generalnie można. W AmE zazwyczaj nie używa się "nor" po "and". Z tego właśnie może wynikać naciskanie na "neither" w tym konkretnym przykładzie.
