A Ukip candidate running in the Bristol City Council elections leads a not-so-secret double life as a porn star called “Johnny Rockard”.

John Langley, 59, who is standing as a councillor in the Stockwood constituency this May, said it was “no big deal” that he had appeared in and produced a number of X-rated films, and was “exactly the same as anyone else”.
