1) Neutral Gym in the background

2) The male and female trainers are on the trade screen but...Spark is also holding one? Perhaps a teaser at PVP? (as pointed out by medogsta, good chance Candela and Spark were trading Vulpix's and Spark is in for a heated moment) (as pointed out by ElZany, they could be holding a Switch and not actually trading)

3) Infinite Incubator is shown beside the Alolan Egg

4) Unown spells out GO.

5) Both Exeggutor and Alolan Exeggutor are shown as are Vulpix and Alolan Vulpix, but no other Alolan/non-Alolan pair are shown. Geodude is missing, weirdly enough.

6) Mawile and Absol, the raid only bosses are shown.

7) Illumise/Volbeat are shown, potential region switch? Weird to show both and none of the others.
