Coś da się jeszcze zrobić?. To ich druga oferta. Złożyłem już reklamacje w banku, ale może zostać odrzucona. Chodzi o zaginięcie paczki.

As you didn't pay for the insurance, we cannot get compensation even though your package is lost, stolen or delayed on the way. We need buy the product from the supplier and pay for the postage to the express company to send your product out. We also have a loss of the product and the postage. We know it is not your fault, but it is not our fault, either.
After consulting with our manager, we will offer the following solutions:
1.If you want to get refund, we will refund 90usd to your paypal account or 100usd to your GB wallet.
2.If you want to resend, you need pay 60usd.
Please let us know your decision. We will try our best to help you.
When you place the order next time, please don't forget to pay for the insurance and the tracking number price.
Such exception will not be applicable for future cases and will be recorded in our system.
