Hej Miraski. Potrzebowałbym pomocy w #tlumaczenie z #angielski . W tej umowie za dużo jest, rzeczy, co do których mam wątpliwości.

Image Release
For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I irrevocably grant BARCROFT PRODUCTIONS, LTD. (“Producer”) and DISCOVERY COMMUNICATIONS, LLC (“DCL”) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns a non-exclusive license for a period of 10 years, throughout the universe in all now known or hereinafter existing media, to incorporate and use my image as embodied in the below described footage and/or photograph, as Producer elects, in and in connection with the production, exhibition and exploitation of the television program entitled “Babies Behaving Badly” (the “Program”) and in the advertising, promotion and publicizing thereof and in connection with Producer and/or DCL or otherwise.

I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of my image or the authorized uses to which such image may be put. I acknowledge that you will rely on this permission potentially, at substantial cost to you and hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder. Without limiting anything herein, in no event shall I have the right to enjoin the development, production, distribution or other exploitation of the Program. Producer may transfer and assign this Agreement and any of its rights or privileged hereunder to any entity or individual without restriction.
Nothing herein shall ever be construed to restrict, diminish or impair the rights of Producer or its assignees, licensees or transferees to utilize freely my name and/or any incident, image, characterization or dialogue concerning me in each case which may be in the public domain, from whatever source derived.
I have been given ample opportunity to read and I have carefully read this entire agreement. I represent and warrant that I have the full right, power and authority to grant the rights herein. I hereby certify that I fully understand the contents of this agreement and that I intend to be legally bound hereby.

PARENTAL CONSENT
The undersigned acknowledge that my/our child, ______________________ (the “Minor”), would like to appear in a television program Barcroft Productions, Ltd. (“Producer”) is producing currently titled "Babies Behaving Badly" (the “Program”). The undersigned also understands that, as Producer is undertaking substantial expenditures in creating the Program, Producer requires Minor’s execution of the Image Release to which this consent is attached (the “Release”) in order to permit Minor to appear in the Program. Accordingly:
1. The undersigned represents to Producer that the undersigned is entitled to the sole and complete custody, care and control of the Minor and, further, is entitled to enter into this Parental Consent.
2. The undersigned understands and acknowledges that the Program will show videos of children behaving badly and, with full knowledge of the foregoing, hereby consents to the Minor’s appearance on the Program.
3. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that the undersigned (a) has read the Release and is familiar with all of the terms, covenants and conditions contained therein, (b) consents to and approves of the terms of the Release; (c) hereby irrevocably consents to the execution by the Minor of the Release and (d) agrees that the Minor will be bound by all the provisions contained in the Release.
4. If there is only one parent/guardian, the undersigned represents and warrants that they have the sole ability to grant the right for the Minor to appear in the Program to the full extent set forth in the Release and that no other party (other than the Minor once the Minor is 18 years of age) has a right to claim otherwise or to disaffirm the Release of the Minor.
5. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold Producer, Producer’s successors, licensees and assigns harmless from any and all damages, liabilities, costs or expenses of any kind of nature, which may arise from the breach by the undersigned and/or the Minor of the Release and this Parental Consent, including, without limitation Minor’s attempt to disaffirm or disavow the Release on the ground of Minor’s minority or otherwise.
6. This consent shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, their respective successors, assigns, next of kin, heirs, administrators, executors, officers, and agents, as the case may be.
7. The undersigned agrees to execute any documents or papers, to cooperate in any proceeding, and to comply with any applicable laws, regulations and/or requirements concerning contracts with minors. Accordingly, if Producer wishes to secure the approval of the Minor's Release by a court of competent jurisdiction, the undersigned agree to cooperate fully with Producer by providing information, executing such documents as Producer may require, and giving testimony, if necessary, in securing such approval.
If the names of two or more persons appear as the undersigned in the opening paragraph of this Parental Consent or if this Parental Consent is executed by two or more persons, then this Parental Consent shall be binding jointly and severally upon said persons and each of them, and each and all of the obligations on the part of the undersigned hereinabove set forth shall be and be deemed to be joint and several. Any reference to any singular number herein shall be deemed to include the plural numbers, if the context so requires.

@d1ck: No niestety, coś takiego to już ładnych parę godzin pracy, za darmo nie pójdzie. ( ͡° ʖ̯ ͡°) Do tego pisane językiem prawniczym, więc też nie zakwalifikowałabym tego jako tekst "standardowy". Teksty tego typu tłumaczę z angielskiego za 45 zł/stronę tłumaczeniową; zniżka 10% przysługuje przy zamówieniach na min. 10 stron.
1 strona tłumaczeniowa = 1800 znaków ze spacjami. Tu masz 5497, więc powiedzmy, że 3 strony
