The EuroMOMO monitoring system is based on national mortality data registered in the 29 countries or subnational regions #!$%@? in the EuroMOMO network.

For most countries, the full national population mortality is covered. However, in a few countries, only a proportion of the country’s mortality is included, as shown in the table below.

The covered population mortality in the network is at the moment approximately 420 million people, as of 1 January 2021.
