21 years ago Hubert and myself (Zdar) rented a little recording studio in Montmartre for three weeks to record music.

We took our gear, beats and tracks and immersed ourselves into this joyful process. Three weeks later we finished what

was to become our first album. "1999" came out 20 years ago exactly and started a rollercoaster of fun / club playing /video > making / world travelling / great people meeting / interview answering and numerous other incredible feelings and > experience we’ve been thru since this day.

The LP was really cool, full of sweaty grooves, rhythm of joy and pain. Tracks like “La Mouche“, “99“ or “My feeling for you“ > were being played everywhere, the little recording studio became Motorbass Studio, the place of our actual dreams and we > still do what we do meaning crafting tracks to make people happy and go to DJ Booth around the world to play them and
