Project description: Client is investing heavily in internal Business process optimization in the whole Source to Pay supply-chain. Hence clients runs a so called SPARK program, reviewing, optimizing and re-engineering the processes for our Sales, Procurement, Operations teams, as well as implementing the enhancements into the ERP system NAV.

As target for this project client is searching for an interims Business Analyst with strong project manager capabilities who takes over the lead for the project to
Collect the current requirements and needs for enhancements
To build an RFI document for all overlay requirements
Align it with the Global Business Owner (Head of Procurement)
Align with the different Business teams and internal IT
Coordinate the ERP enhancements implementation based on NAVision ERP managed by internal IT
Plan the deliverables and tasks, report on progress
Helps with hands-on capabilities in Business Process documentation tools
Test and verify the functionality and prepare training and rollout material and plans

Requirements: (field of experience, length of experience, tasks to be handled, certifications required, technical skills, project management tools, soft skills, language requirements, PM methodology preferred):

Must have:
Excellent knowledge in Business requirements engineering & analysis
Proven Project management skills in SW projects, ideally with MS NAV or Workflow management tools
Robust understanding of Procurement and Sales Processes, nice to have Finance Process
Good English and communication skills to mediate between Biz and IT
Pragmatic and agile approach to solve challenges
Discipline in project reporting and tracking

Good to have:
Understanding of the Software License Reseller business
Implementation coordination experience of ERP
Know how with Biz Process Management and/or Workflow Mgmt. systems
Hands-on expertise MS Dynamics NAV
Nice to have:
Knowledge in Dynamic NAV ERP customization and configuration
German language skills
