Hotels in Manchester are to charge guests a City Visitor Charge (ABID Levy) from 1st April 2023 - this will include bookings confirmed prior to this date.
The charge to be applied across hotel and accommodation providers is £1 (plus VAT) per room per night payable upon checkout. This hotel tax is similar to a hotel levy often applied when staying in hotels across Europe, the US and other parts of the World.
