Kto by k***a mógł podejrzewać, że "dorzucenie w prezencie" każdemu chętnemu na zakup nieruchomości dotacji w wysokości ok. 20k EUR spowoduje cokolwiek innego, niż wzrost średniej ceny nieruchomości mniej więcej o wysokość tej dotacji... Socjaliści znów odkryli prawdy rynkowe znane logice od lat.

Oczywiście upraszczam nieco z tym, że "każdemu" i z wysokością dotacji, ale idea
