Witam tych paru wykopków, którzy to zobaczą.
Od poniedziałku mam nieziemską motywację i humor. Pomyślałem, że się podzielę wypocinami, które wtedy stworzyłem.

1. Meditate - to relax, clear your mind from anxiousness and negative thoughts. Make room for positive thoughts and decision to take actions (It's a choice)
2. Close your eyes, be grateful, present, surprised with life – make a decision to be happy (It's a choice)
3. Take action- study, do new things
4. When anxious or negative thoughts return- meditate again- meditate often, when needed, notice the need. These thought can seem very real, but they will not stand a chance against meditation. Always follow it by positive attitude.
5. REPEAT MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY
Besides, remember that:
We are all losers. I am loser. Losing is part of taking action which is part of happiness. Inaction is the true losing. Trying and losing is winning.
We are all bi***es, because we want to be happy and avoid pain and we are desperate to live like that. So you have to make yourself happy one way or you will unconsciously do it other, less profitable way. That is why Buddhists drink alcohol and stoics cry when babies die. Buddhism, stoicism and quitting life don’t work.
We are all the same, dead. So the need to feel unique is stupid and absurd. There is nothing bad with taking action and proving that you are mediocre and cannot do better.
Emotions, happiness, sadness, fears, curiosity, thoughts, meditation, decisions, subconscious are only tools. They tell you something about you. All of them can be good or bad depending on what you do with them.

In short “for now” I have 7 answers for life:
meditation, decision to be happy, decision to take action,
optimistic nihilism: “I am loser. Losing is part of winning”, “Subconscious me is a bitch that I have to make happy”, “We are all dead, so being unique is absurd and no one is better than you”
Golden mean: every part of me is useful information but don’t over rely on any of them absolutely.

And last as well as least: habits. Conscious planning is much more important than habits.
