We were going to go to the castle ruins to see the sunset but it was too cloudy. If you have any other recommendations? They could help for next time

You guys may know us from our Youtube channel Feather and the Wind. We are returning to Poland again this summer and I would like to spend a week or 2 camping in a tent and making a nice fire every night.
I was looking on the Polish Camping Federation's website and there are a lot of campsites all over Poland. Can anyone recommend any good regions for camping. We will have a rental car and will be driving around so we will being doing 1-2 nights each camp site.
