one of the dopest rappers i know of that never dropped an official solo album. cpo boss hogg (formerly known as lil' nation) from kelly park, compton hasn't dropped anything official except To Hell And Black under the name CPO (capital punishment organization) with DJ Train (RIP) in 1990. he hung around death row during the 90s and recorded a bunch of songs with them though (some of which are still in the vaults). this particular track can be found on The Chronic: Re-Lit & From The Vault which is a remastered Chronic album with additional remixes and unreleased tracks that dropped in 2009 through wideawake.
