Mirki, nie mogę ogarnąć, żeby transmission-daemon startował jako user pi, a nie transmission-daemon.
W /etc/init.d/transmission-daemon mam:

Jak był dobry to chip i tak więcej jak 600 kB/s nie wyciągał.
