Under these reforms, judges would serve at the pleasure of the political leaders and be dependent upon them

The new laws are not yet all in place so we cannot take formal decisions today. But we can send a clear political message.

This issue stirs a lot of emotions. But what should never happen is journalists feeling reservations about doing their job, asking questions.

Given the latest developments, we are getting very close to triggering article 7
