@tty0: Out of curiosity. What's the Erdogan's voting base? Is it mostly uneducated, older, rural, religious voters? That's how it's mostly here in Polska, with our wanna-be-erdogan little man in power. Guess the youth with access to the Interner and unbiased/international online media does not give him much support. Is it like that?
@Gigamesh: you mean good in programming/computers? i'm not a professional myself, it's just a hobby for me (for now). i started with C++ then moved onto other languages. i'd recommend python for beginners, it's really a great language.
about linux, i started using it 4-5 months ago. so i'm still relatively new to it. however i'm using my linux system everyday so it was easy for me to get used
@klarkia: actually i've found this trick on reddit, from r/linux as far as i remember. probably it was posted there before, so i don't want to repost. ( ͡º͜ʖ͡º)
for your attention, #tureckiwykop is under threat.
in an interview with president erdogan today, he made some statements against sözlük. as far as i know this is the first time he makes a statement against a turkish website for it to shut down. i mean, he holds the absolute power and our goverment has done similar things before (blocking access to youtube and twitter for a period of time) so
@SaveznaRepublikaJugoslavija: yes, i am from turkey :) to sum up the situation, erdogan wants to close down ekşi sözlük (turkish wykop-like site). if he insist on it, the website might get closed.
i'll keep your advice. might come in handy on some situations. not sure if i'll use it here though xD
"siktirgit yarak" means "fuck you, dick". first words someone learns from turks i assume, lmaoo
