Losing access to your phone number and Gmail account can feel like you've been completely deprived of your digital life. Trust me, I've been there. My Google account used to contain all of my work emails, personal photos, documents, and more.
Here's how I was able to recover my account without my phone number or Gmail account:
1. Answer security questions: If you set up security questions when you first created your account, now might be a good time to use them. Unfortunately, I don't remember the answers I set up years ago (who does?), but it's worth a try if you have them.
3. Use trusted devices: One trick that worked for me was to access my Google account through a device I've used to sign in before. Google recognizes familiar devices like a laptop or tablet, so if you've signed in from those devices before, it might allow you to bypass some of the security checks.
4. Use the technical option: After several failed recovery attempts, I decided to try the technical option .net and it worked. I was able to successfully access my account. Google later gave me the option to verify my identity through an email associated with my account but it wasn't necessarily my main Gmail.
Recovering your Google account without your phone number and Gmail can be tricky, but it's not impossible to use these options.
I hope this gives you some helpful steps to try!
