Coraz gorszy ten support w #gearbest Odpiszę im, że proszę o resend bez dopłaty ew. rozpocznę procedur w PayPalu.

Ja mialem spor o dwie pary sluchawek, ktorym minelo 55dni, nie bylo zadnej opcji na partial refund, czy doplate do wysylki nastepnych.
Jeden spor otwarty przez support gearbesta wyslal mi druga pare, na dobra sprawe po wymianie dwoch maili, czy bylem na poczcie i czy nikt nie mogl odebrac za mnie.
Drugi spor owarty przez PP spowodowal odpisywanie w
@widmo82: Ja też mam taki status od 24 stycznia, myślałem, że paczka jest w PL, ale Mirek - alipaczka, mówi, że "Status nadejścia do Polski to jedynie oczekiwany przez przewoźnika czas, nie wiadomo czy paczka już jest w kraju." a więc refund lub resend.

Ja poczekam jeszcze trochę. Okres świąteczny itp, musimy uzbroić się w cierpliwość.
