We are deeply sorry about the delay of DPD clearance in September. We are doing our best to help our customers to receive their product as soon as possible. At the same time, we have done the following optimization for the logistics: 1.DPD Logistics: We have replaced the partner of our DPD logistics and added new customs clearance countries, to reduce the chances of delay of the parcel which caused by in the clearance process. 2. New logistics: (Europe Railway Registered) is testing at the moment. This logistics can send parcel which contain batteries, powder and other items below 2kg. It will transit in Poland and delivered to customers by local delivery agencies, which makes that this logistics is cheaper and safer.
@Mosky: Ja dziś dostałem coś takiego, gdzie powyższy mail otrzymałem kilka dni wcześniej. To jest zwykłe okłamywanie ludzi. Jeśli to błąd systemu, to dlaczego nie dali od razu o tym informacji. @GearBest_Polska, ja rozumiem, że macie regulamin, który Was do tego nie zmusza, ale jeżeli piszecie, że zrekompensujecie do 50$ to opłacam cło, by mi je zwrócono. Zwłaszcza, że zamawiałem u Was dwa identyczne produkty. Proszę o więcej
