Byliście na studniówce?
Ja na swoją nie poszedłem i nie żałuję. Tylko bym się męczył będąc samotny wśród tłumu. Nauczycielka chciała mnie przekonać, żebym zatańczył poloneza z dziewczyną z klasy, ale jak postawię na swoim, to nie ma szans, żeby mnie przekonać. Tańczyć nie potrafię, zresztą nawet nigdy nie tańczyłem.
Patrząc z kilkuletniej perspektywy, mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że nie żałuję i decyzja o niepójściu była

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Analyst Programmers to join a forward thinking organisation based in York. My client are experiencing high levels of growth and as such require Java Developers who are Junior through to Lead level. You are required to analyse business requirements, develop technical designs, develop and test code to deliver high quality software solutions.
You:
- Excellent Java and solid database development skills. You will also need to demonstrate previous experience using various Software Development Methodologies, including Agile.
- Team player who is positive, enthusiastic and passionate about Software Development.
- A commercial mind-set whilst balancing the needs of the business and customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse requirements to recommend fit-for-purpose technical designs and solutions, working with colleagues across the IT function and other third parties where necessary.
- Estimate technical solutions to support feasibility discussions, decision making and planning.
- Code, unit test and where appropriate, integration test both new software applications and changes to existing software applications to provide agreed functionality.
- Develop code to a high level of quality, conforming to software development standards
- Perform code reviews and, where necessary, test changes developed by other members of the Software Development team.
- Coach more junior colleagues and help identify appropriate training to progress their careers.
