The outcome of Polandís parliamentary elections held in September of 2001, surprising in many ways, moved the organizers to abandon the usual formula for analyzing changes on the political stage. This debate, again coorganized with the editors of Tygodnik Powszechny, progressed to a more general assessment of the present state of democracy in Poland, of the solidity of her democratic institutions, the durability of the party system, and of the capacity of existing political parties to represent their respective constituencies. The #!$%@? included Aleksander Hall (leader of the Conservative Peoplesí Party), Mirosława Grabowska (sociologist, University of Warsaw), Lech Kaczyński (deputy to Polandís Parliament from the Law and Justice party), Krzysztof Kozłowski (deputy editor-in-chief of Tygodnik Powszechny), Antoni Sułek (sociologist, advisor to former Prime Minister Jerzy Buzek) and Aleksander Smolar (President of the Stefan Batory Foundation). Zbadałbym czy za ewentualnym zamachem nie stał ktoś z Polski, Sarosa szkalujący i mający go za zagrożenie dla wolnej wielkiej katolicko-nacjonalistycznej Polski.
